How often should you use the CeraThrive device?
As our CEO, Sarah Turner, explains the key is not a fixed number of sessions, but understanding how the body responds to red and near-infrared (NIR) wavelengths.
CeraThrive uses targeted light in the red (~630–670 nm) and near-infrared (~810–850 nm) range. These wavelengths are known to pe*****te tissue at different depths and interact with mitochondria, the energy centers of your cells.
Because every body is different, the way you respond can vary based on your baseline, lifestyle, and current state. Some people may notice shifts in energy, focus, or recovery sooner, while others may experience more gradual changes over time.
The goal is not a one-size-fits-all routine, but consistent exposure that supports your body’s natural ability to regulate and adapt.
