This is an intimate, in person Gong Bath with a good choice of seating available (there is space for a yoga mat on the floor if that is your preference). You will need to bring a pillow and blanket, and whatever else you need to be cosy and warm. Gong Baths are deeply relaxing. The vibrations from the instruments restore the natural vibration of the body, increasing sleep quality, energy and wellbeing. Booking is essential
