Thank you for joining CW Pilates. I am a APPI pilates trained
Chartered physiotherapist MCSP HPC. I do weekly pilates classes.
Location: The location of the classes is Longfleet School, Joliffe Road, BH15 2HF. The classes run on Mondays. There are 2 classes: 6-7pm and 7-8pm. The classes will last 50 minutes. Parking is available in the school car park. The class is held in the main hall which is the glass fronted area which can be seen from the car park.
Term: The classes will run over half term blocks, typically 6 weeks in total.
Payment: for the full term is expected up front, 48 hours prior to the first class. For new people, you can pay for the first class only to see if it is something you would like to do before paying for the remaining 5 weeks in total. It is £8 per class. Payment details will be provided.
What to wear: You will need to wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move. Leggings/crops/shorts or tracksuit are most suitable. You can either exercise in socks or bare feet.
What I will provide: Mats, towels and all other pilates equipment is provided. Your health and safety is always paramount, however due to the more testing times we now find ourselves in due to COVID 19, other measures will be in place to protect you further. All equipment will be sanitised, before and after use. Hand sanitiser will be available at the hall entrance. Mats will be placed suitably apart. Face masks are now optional.
