A NEW GROUP starting THIS THURSDAY 5th SEPTEMBER IN Tesco Fleetsbridge Community.
💙 Since moving to Poole Dorset to be closer to my daughter, I have successfully run both Baby Massage groups and a mum and baby mental health support group.
🩷 I understand that as new parents it can sometimes feel overwhelming especially with information overload, added to that the daily challenges of parental life and sleep deprivation.
Sometimes even with family /friends who may, or may or may not be supportive, it can often feel isolating and lonely.
⭐️ We ALL need to feel connected and have someone to talk with, who like us is experiencing the same daily challenges and that’s why I am now very excited to be starting a new group that is just for YOU .
I’ve seen recently on some Facebook groups mums enquiring if there are any ‘mum focused’ groups.
This new group is exactly this, a safe and relaxing space where you are welcome to come and chat , have a cuppa and relax.
☕ We’ll discuss various topics such as;
How can we support each other as new parents
Our challenges and achievements/rewards
Understanding how we change during the process of motherhood
We may do a little gentle baby massage, and some mini “ mother journaling”.
💌You are welcome to share your birth story if you wish as this is a group where you can share as much or as little of your parenting experience’s.
🛺Your babies are free to play and engage as much as they want
( bring their fave toy) and a drink for them.
We respect confidentiality within the group.
🍪There will be hot and cold drinks available and changing facilities and toilets nearby.
This will be a weekly group for all new parents or parents again to join in .
Places must be BOOKED WITH ME as there is space for 8.
I want this group to be accessible and affordable so I ask just £6.00 pw per family as PAYG OR £20.00 for 4 weeks.
