To celebrate Bournemouth Pride Weekend I wanted to offer a Q***r Meditation and sea swim out to the LGBTQI+ community and our allies locally. 🧘‍♀️🏊‍♀️🌈🌊

Please bring something to sit on / lie on and clothing to keep you warm during the meditation. A flask of tea or coffee for post swim is a always a good idea and biscuits are always welcome.

Let me know if you're coming along so I know to expect you.

It was wet and windy but wonderful!

We cut the meditation slightly shorter today in order to get out of the rain and into the sea. By the time we'd come out it started pouring so we took shelter under the lifeguard hut and cracked open the tea, coffee and biscuits to warm up!

Grateful to have been able to spend some time with these fab women this morning. Thank you to those who joined this morning and braved the elements. 🙏 🙏

Sometimes the journey is really frickin hard, but trust in every single moment of it. You'll come up to the top and surf on in on a beaut of a wave!

Next beach meditation THIS SUNDAY at Branksome Beach! 7am

Bring something to sit on / lie on and something to keep you warm like a hoody or coat. If you have a meditation bench/cushion bring that or a chair if you have bad knees. We'll meditate for around 30 mins and then go for a sea swim. This week some of the meditation will be guided.

Be sure to bring a flask of something warm for after the swim!

Last night with the full moon we joined an evening sea swim, it was a fabulous evening meeting new people and making new memories. Loved it.

What a way to start a Saturday!!

An excellent meditation and swim session this morning, we were all surprised by how warm the water was!
