The adventure begins...

It was back in 2018 that I decided to change direction. The holistic world has been calling me for a long time, but everything had to fall into place first.

Experiencing the immense, restorative powers of holistic therapies, has only fueled my passion to share what I have learnt with as many people as possible.

The immense satisfaction I feel when I have helped someone to feel totally relaxed, balanced and restored, is immeasurable. Reflexology is just such a joy to give and receive.

My studying began with the ITECH, level 3, Anatomy and Physiology qualification, in which I gained a distinction. This was closely followed by my ITECH, level 3 Reflexology and Business studies. Being in my late 50ā€™s this has been such a mammoth undertaking and a truly took me out of my comfort zone. Iā€™m just so proud of myself...if I can do it, anyone can!
