Yesterday I had a Fibromyalgia flare up. Exhausted, using a walking stick all day. I went to see my Bowen Practitioner, walking in there with the stick, & then walking out without the stick.
I also had a sinus infection on its way (I am prone to them). Today, all the rubbish is coming is out & I am feeling so much better.
This is the power of Bowen. Gentle, yet so effective

I use On Guard to keep my immune system boosted. I had a sore throat the other night, so I had a drop of this, a drop of Lemon oil & a drop of Oregano oil in some water. Next morning, no sore throat. This is the 1st Essential Oil company I have ever come across where you actually ingest the oil as well as using it typically, or steaming/diffusing it.

Uh oh..got a sore throat developing..what is the 1st thing I do? Whip out doTerra's on guard, oregano & lemon essential oils. Pop a drop of each into water & drink it. I've also added the same oils to a carrier oil & massaged gently into my throat. I may even eat some raw garlic! No sore throats allowed in this place!
