Jo came to me with two goals:
➡️ Stop binge eating
➡️ Stop having daily panic attacks

After our consultation, I suggested we focus on her inner child… and Jo’s reaction? Confusion!

But here’s the thing—binge eating and panic attacks weren’t the root issue. They were symptoms of something deeper. Jo has kindly allowed me to share that she had a tough childhood and learned early on that food was a way to soothe the pain. The panic attacks? A result of never getting the chance to process what she’d been through.

So, we spent time together healing her inner child—soothing her, reparenting her, and helping her finally work through it all.

And the result? Jo’s words say it best:

📢 "Katrina! I am lost for words, but I want to find some to tell you how different I feel. I haven’t been having any panic attacks, I haven’t been binge eating, and even though I didn’t come for this… I feel confident! Thank you, thank you so much.

"I’ve been looking at a picture of me as a child every day and saying ‘you are safe now’ just like you told me to do. I feel warm inside, I love her.

Inner child work has changed my life! I never thought I could do this. Thank you!!" 📢

➡️ Stop having daily panic attacks

A Blooming Merry Festive Period To You!

I’m officially switching off now, but before I do… thank you for an incredible year!

Unfortunately, my out-of-office system seems to have decided to send messages from the BC era, so here’s my manual version instead:

September Group Hypnotherapy - Motivation

🌟 Ready to supercharge your motivation? Join our upcoming group hypnotherapy session where we’ll dive deep into unlocking your full potential! This session will target whatever it is you need motivation for! Whether you’re aiming to excel in your career, improve your health, or simply infuse your life with a fresh zest, this session is designed to ignite your inner drive and boost your overall well-being. Don't miss out on this transformative experience—reserve your spot today and take the first step towards a more motivated and fulfilling life! 💪

What to expect:
Come in and settle yourself on a mat, make yourself completely comfortable with blankets and cushions. you will not be asked or expected to speak in front of the group.

You will be guided into a relaxed, meditative state where your subconscious mind becomes receptive to positive suggestions. We will use guided imagery and energy visualisation techniques to motivate you to get to where you deserve to be.

💫 You will not be asked to speak in front of the group, lay down, close your eyes, and relax.

What to expect:
💤 You will be lead in to a deep hypnotic relaxation to enable your subconscious mind to open. During the relaxation, your mind will be transported to a beautiful beach where you feel free enough to let go into a deep, peaceful rest.
🧐 Once you are in this deep hypnotic rest, I will be guiding the group to find the motivation needed to reach your goal.

Where?
📍 The group hypnotherapy will be held at Healing Haven, Poole. Everyone will have a yoga mat, blanket and pillow provided, but I encourage all to bring any item that brings comfort, such as your own cushion, blanket, dressing gown, or soft toy.
🧘‍♂ Laying on a yoga mat not comfortable for you? Message me to see what adjustments can be made.
