COVID-19 UPDATE:
Hi All,
Just to let you know that the clinic is still open and we are accepting existing and new patients. As a medical service we are allowed to provide treatment for patients during lockdown. Travelling to your appointment is deemed essential travel.

Heightened infection control has been in place most of this year and remains as such. Don't suffer unnecessarily, as we all need to stay as healthy as possible, both mentally and physically. Covid-19 is not under control yet, so everyone around the world needs additional patience and resilience if we are all going to cope with the next few months.

Just to let you know that the clinic is still open to existing and new patients. As a medical service we are allowed to continue providing treatment for patients throughout the forthcoming lockdown.

Heightened infection control has now been in place most of this year, and will remain as such. Coming to your appointment is deemed essential travel. Don't suffer unnecessarily, as we go into this winter we all need to try and be in the best health mentally and physically. Covid-19 is not under control yet and everybody around the world will have to be patient and resilient in the immediate future.

Hi Everyone 😃. Hope you have all stayed safe & well. We are open 6 days a week now (Mon-Sat) with appointments available throughout the day (evenings too!). Our procedures have changed slightly in order to keep everybody as safe as possible from Covid-19, so everybody does have their temperature checked on arrival, as well as lots of extra cleaning! If you, or any of your friends are in pain, or need help and advice regarding exercise regimes or work set-ups, just give us a call to make an appointment. Dear Patients,

Current Update regarding accessing treatment at this time.

During this period of Government enforced social distancing/'lock-down', patients who require medical treatment are still able to go to appointments if they are either urgent or necessary. This means if you have a new problem that needs relatively rapid treatment, this is allowed. Also, if you have a chronic condition, where stopping or missing treatment will lead to more health issues in the future, this is also allowed.

Those patients who fall into the 'High-Risk Category' , that have received a Government letter advising that they must be shielded and quarantined for the next 12 weeks cannot attend the practice. This group of people should not leave their homes at this time, to prevent any possible chance of them coming into contact with Covid-19.

If you, or any of your family have had a fever, aching (from unknown cause), fatigue, and/or new persistent dry cough, you should follow Government Guidelines on self-isolating. Please do not attend the practice, but if you need advice, do not hesitate to contact us by telephone or email.

By staying open and providing a service to my patients, I am hoping this will reduce the pressure on the medical services locally. Also, for those of you who are working relentlessly hard as key workers, in all sectors, if you hurt yourself, I hope to be able to aid your recovery, so you can continue working to the best of your ability.
