Do the maths work? Yep.

Build v Future Value. Circa 4-5m v 10-12m. My maths makes that a 6-7m plus….Just on the building. 🤷‍♂️

The real value is what we do for our community. Elements 1,2 and 3. Veteran and Cancer Support, Robotic and Laparoscopic Surgical Training and the best restaurant in town.

Thank you to the the Surgical Science team for letting me loose on your simulator.

It’s easy to understand that you can’t just pick up the controls and away you go. Especially when you think for a Surgeon you have someone’s life in your hands.
“See One, Do One, Teach One” that sounds an archaic method but it’s in use today …Then add in the availability of training is severely “limited”.
A new 20k/sqft centre for the UK recently announced, location Reading in 2025. Sorry if I’m not impressed we started our RB Project Q effort in 2017.
One “centre” is just not enough, but that’s my personal opinion.
Consider an F1 driver or Aviators …How long do they spend in a simulatior before getting into their cockpits ?
