Whilst off keeping a southerly eye on Debbie…I’ve been “playing” with AI again…

Why? Well I was wondering do the figures I’ve been telling people actually stack up? I’ve been using the information I’ve been given and doing the maths ….Got O level maths don’t you know… 😉… but was it right?

So I asked AI… Something along the lines of ….Using the information available from the Planning Approval for 158-160 Stanley Green Rd

How much will it cost to build?

How much is it worth post build?

Looks like my guesstimate was not too shabby! Quite promising to the “right” people …. But…What’s the next step …?

I’m liking the advice AI is giving and the information obtained is guiding the development of our plan …..x
