🚨 Bowel Cancer Awareness Month 🚨

This month, we’re raising awareness about bowel cancer – the UK’s 4th most common cancer. The good news? It’s highly treatable, especially when caught early.

💡 Know the symptoms:
• Blood in your poo
• Persistent changes in bowel habits (diarrhoea or constipation)
• Unexplained weight loss
• Ongoing tummy pain or bloating
• Feeling tired all the time (possible sign of anaemia)

👉 Screening saves lives:
If you’re aged 54–74, you’ll automatically receive a home screening kit every 2 years. It’s quick, simple, and could make all the difference.

💬 Don’t ignore symptoms – if something doesn’t feel right, contact us. We’re here to help, and no concern is too small.

❤️ Early detection can save lives. Please share this post to help spread awareness.

March 21st marks World Down Syndrome Day 💙💛

The date (3/21) represents the triplication of the 21st chromosome—the genetic cause of Down syndrome.

First officially recognised by the United Nations in 2011, this day is all about raising awareness, promoting inclusion, and standing up for the rights of people with Down syndrome around the world.

Today is a reminder to celebrate diversity, embrace differences, and support equal opportunities for everyone.

Join the movement—wear your brightest, most colourful (or mismatched!) socks and show your support 🧦✨
