This week is week

Children's Mental Health Week takes place every February. It was started in 2015 to give a voice to all children and young people and to raise awareness of children and young people's mental health.

Kooth is a safe, anonymous and free digital mental health support service for children and young people aged 10 to 19.

There is no need for referral and no waiting lists. Chat lines with qualified practitioners are open from 12pm-10pm on weekdays and 6pm-10pm during the weekends.

You can also message and a practitioner will respond within 24-48 hours.
Please share with the young people you know.

๐ŸŽ‰ Our first Carers Peer Support Group was a roaring success! ๐ŸŽ‰

A huge thank you to all the carers who joined us โ€“ your openness, ideas and support for one another made the session really special. ๐Ÿ’™

๐Ÿ‘ฅ Shaped by carers, for carers
Going forward, carers will shape their own group โ€“ bringing ideas for discussion topics, guest speakers and themes that matter most to you. The group will be led and facilitated by an experienced Carers Officer from BCP Carer Support Service, to help keep the space safe, supportive and welcoming.
