A massive happy 80th birthday to our Queen for the day.
Jackie had an amazing day yesterday, with her very good friend visiting.
We celebrated with a Coffee and Almond cake, singing happy birthday, as she blew the candles out.
Jackie loved her gifts and cards, really enjoying the Singer coming in and singing happy birthday to her.

Last Thursday we celebrated our queen for the day. Ruth enjoyed a lovely Victoria sponge cake made by our chef Cedric.

Peter was our King for the day yesterday, he turned 80 years old. Peter was a bit sleepy, but he did enjoy us singing and presenting him with a lovely Chocolate Cake with a card and chocolates. Peter received a lot of Cards from Family, who visited too.

We enjoyed having Tea with A Pony. Hot drinks and cakes to indulge in, and lots of chat. The weather was not too kind to us but we still enjoyed the morning.

We can confidently say that The Laurels & Pine Lodge is one of the most warm-hearted residential care homes in Poole.
