Rene celebrated her 96th birthday yesterday. Her family visited with gifts and cards.
We sang 'Happy Birthday' and presented Rene with a Lemon Drizzle Cake, Chocolates and a card. Rene was overwhelmed and very thankful. Happy Birthday to a Lovely Lady🥳

On Friday we dressed up to support Children in Need, there was forfeits too. So....😁. a few of our staff from Head Office paid us a visit- Des our Health and Safety Manager, and Ian our Estate Manager. Des had to do Air Guitar and Ian had to stand on one foot for 3 minutes. Our Maintenance man Scott also did Star Jumps. Staff and Residents had a fun filled day playing games and doing a Quiz. Videos to be uploaded..

Anne celebrated her 76th birthday yesterday. Anne took a trip to a Restaurant with her Niece, for a celebratory Birthday Meal. On returning to The Laurel's, we sang 'Happy Birthday', Cedric presented Anne with a lovely Coffee Cake which was covered in Almond Flakes. Anne enjoyed having a dance with staff and opening her Card and Chocolates. Anne was our Queen for the Day. 'Happy Birthday'🥳

We can confidently say that The Laurels & Pine Lodge is one of the most warm-hearted residential care homes in Poole.
