We are hosting a Bingo Night on the 26th May, from 6.30pm.
We have our usual Relatives Meeting at 6pm, there will be Cheese, Crackers and Wine.
Please, join us for some Fun, see if you can win Prizes and donate for a good cause.
We will choose a Charity on the night.

At The Laurels and Pine Lodge, we strongly believe in also looking after the welfare of our hardworking Staff.

1st Prize – Collette, with an Afternoon Luxury Tea Hamper Gift Set, from the Hamper Fairy.
2nd Prize – Dawn, with a Tea & Biscuit Afternoon Gift Set

We celebrated Easter Weekend with playing games and Singing, not forgetting Easter Eggs. Everyone had a Beautiful Day, lots of Fun, had by all.

Last week we celebrated Vera's birthday.
Vera was our Queen for the day and enjoyed celebrating her birthday with her family. Our amazing Chefs made Vera a lovely Lemon Drizzle cake and we handed her a box of chocolates and a butterfly card.

We have some very competitive Residents. We enjoyed playing Scrabble, but the Card Game. We played it our way. Our Residents enjoyed the morning, absolutely great at finding new Words. A social" brain gym" that offers mental stimulation and friendly competition.

Last week, Hartford Care hosted their Awards Ceremony, and our lovely Jess had been nominated for the Category, Carer of the Year, and was invited to the evening event.
Unfortunately Jess did not win, however Jess is always a Winner in our Eyes, as are all our Staff. 🏆
