As the year comes to a close, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every one of you. This has been a great year at Adapt to Perform, full of hard work, growth, wins (big and small), and an awesome community that shows up and puts in the effort day after day. I truly couldn’t ask for a better group of people to share my content with, and I appreciate the trust, commitment, and positive energy you all bring.

I hope you’re able to slow down, spend time with the people who matter most, and enjoy some well-earned rest over the holidays. I’ll be doing exactly that… which of course includes watching The Muppet Christmas Carol for probably the millionth time. Some traditions just don’t get old...

This year, you didn’t just watch Adapt to Perform, you showed up. You trained in living rooms, garages, gyms, and hotel rooms. You turned on the TV, pressed play, and committed to getting better, one workout at a time.

Most of you trained on the big screen 📺 proof that these sessions became part of your routine, not just background noise. Our strongest audience came from ages 25–34, right in the prime years of building strength, confidence, and discipline. And with a nearly even split between men and women, this community continues to grow stronger together.

36% of you tuned in from the USA 🇺🇸, but Adapt to Perform reached far beyond borders. Different locations, different schedules, same mindset: adapt, show up, perform.

This channel was built on the belief that progress doesn’t come from motivation alone, it comes from consistency, structure, and effort. And this year proved that belief right.

Getting sunlight in the winter isn’t just “nice to have” it’s a health essential, especially for many wheelchair users. ❄️☀️

Bicep Curl to Overhead Press - 10 Reps
Rows - 10 Reps
Tricep Kickbacks - 10 Reps
Lateral Raise - 10 Reps
Hammer Curls - 10 Reps

Had a great time at my first in Ft. Lauderdale in Florida.

It's always good to meet so many wheelchair users and so many people whose lives have improved thanks to my videos.

I'm starting to think I need to put some more effort into attending and showcasing what I do at these.

Personal highlight was meeting and .adaptfit 2 absolute legends of adaptive fitness! Yes they are even more awesome in person!
