This is it, the final day of our 28-day Wheelchair Fitness Series. What an incredible journey. Your consistency, effort, and commitment over the past four weeks matter, and today is about honoring that work with a focused recovery session.
This session is designed to help your body reset, restore, and reflect, setting you up to keep moving strong beyond this program. As always, it’s accessible for different ability levels, including limited grip or hand function.
Progress over perfection. Be proud of what you’ve accomplished. Show up, move what you can, and keep rolling forward, because this isn’t the end, it’s the foundation for what’s next. Day 28 starts now.
