Today’s session focuses on yoga and mobility, progressing into more advanced movements while continuing to build on the previous yoga sessions from earlier in the series.

We’re still slowing things down, but with greater intention challenging balance, flexibility, and body awareness while supporting joint health and recovery. All movements remain fully seated and adaptable, with options to scale based on your ability and range of motion.
