You receive a message with the date and information etc we also send a reminder a week before your appointment .

so if you haven’t received one prior to your appointment or you have changed your details & not updated please update us with the correct details just incase of any confusion .

If your appointment is not confirmed by yourself within 48hr of the reminder message being sent we will cancel and give that slot to someone else .
