Wild Abandon is my 6 week course that I’ve been running these past few weeks.

Wednesday is our last session together. I am so overjoyed to receive this.

It’s been incredible to witness and be part of the amazing shifts in the women.

Here’s just one of the women’s wonderful feedback. She’s even getting a tattoo to mark this special journey she has been on. Wow!

I’m overjoyed not just because it’s been a great course and a reflection of the soul gifts and experience that I pour into the sessions but I am just so delighted the women are making big and sustainable life changes and choices that puts them at the centre of their life once more.

Living with Wild Abandon is available to everyone giving you freedom confidence and an awakening of your true passion and expression.

I’m taking the train to London today I’m excited to spend time with Nicola and the crew , celebrating her latest release ‘Abundant Author playbook’.

It’s always a fun inspiring and magical experience just hanging out with fellow unbound authors!

And the whole flavour of living abundantly!

Abundance isn’t something we seek it finds us within the well of our being and is expressed through our magnetic radiance!

Something I aspire to and live into each day as much as possible. Noticing all the little things that I am so grateful for and trusting the flow that more is always on its way.

The thing I’ve learnt is to not cling onto things and experiences and money too tightly, letting it flow and trusting more is on its way.

And catching myself when pesky old thoughts of lack surface and I say to myself ‘no not today!’,

✨I choose to be and feel differently for I am eternally abundant.✨

Like this train journey I get to experience an abundance of space and time to reflect on my life and journey and so far knowing inspiration is always tapping on my door when I open up to the universe. I might even write some words for my next book Wild Abandon that is certainly knocking on my door! ✍️

So I wish you a day of feeling abundant and all that is wonderfully you.

How do you feel about your body?

Are their parts you like and other parts you would prefer to hide?

These were the questions I posed to the women in our Wild abandon group last night.

It was a honest heartwarming conversation and powerful transformative journey.

Most of us have experienced some kind of judgement about our bodies, expectations of how we should look to be the ‘perfect image’.

I remember as young teenager being told my belly was big and on one of my early dating experiences this comment reoccurred. For a long time i felt very self conscious and embarrassed and would try to suck it in! The stereotypical image of women needing to be a particular size or have a flat tummy to be socially desirable. What!

As I continued to explore what it meant to be fully soul embodied I came to reframe my experience. My womb and belly became something to love, and cherish. Becoming aware She is the golden chalice that holds my potent creativity and sexuality. Now i enjoy my curves as the bountiful expression of my sexual and creative expression.

Deep down We know these old stories are not true, but still our nervous system has been programmed to hide parts of ourselves to be acceptable. We have held shame and internalised judgement and abuse making it about ourselves, feeling wrong.

✨This impacts our ability to freely express our authentic self. ✨

Because of this many of us live mostly in our heads finding it too scary to live in the body. It has not felt safe to do so.

But what if we choose differently to live in our body to love her and accept her as being perfect just as she is?

Last night was another powerful session as I guided us to come deeper into relationship with our bodies, transmuting shame whilst activating our sensuality and voices.

Sitting in the armchair of your own being, creates safety and stability. As one of the women shared this is the first time she felt safe to come into her body and feel the sensual aliveness and joy of being her true self. 🙏

I’ve been reflecting lately on my life’s journey and was asked recently

’Where did my journey begin?’

So here’s how my awakening began!

My journey began when I was working for Prudential in Human Resources in London in mid 1990’s. I had just moved to the team specialising in personal training and development. I seemed to have an underlying passion and gift for helping others that hadn’t fully surfaced at that point.

There were lots of team dynamics and issues that were shoved under the carpet, thankfully I had missed that being new but the director at the time decided to organise a team development event with a difference, bringing in two consultants who had a background in psychology and were NLP practitioners.

Wow the team event was amazing!

We did many exercises to help communicate and take responsibility which I loved but the turning point for me was when they posed two questions which turned out to be the key that unlocked Pandora’s box!

✨What do you want in your personal life?

Becoming aware I had freedom to choose was a game changer for me.

While others put the lid on Pandora’s box, too frightened to explore their inner fears, I dived in.

I then went on a personal journey with one of the consultants, of deep inner healing and transformation. I became a NLP and Timeline practitioner and group facilitator helping employees with much more than how to prioritise their time.

After a few years of deep inner work I was seeking something more, a higher purpose. It was soon after I had a car accident suffered whiplash and shock but thankfully nothing more. It was the Universe giving me the shove up the rear that propelled me into discovering Reiki and universal healing.

NeXT synchronicity lead me to take a two year Diploma course with the College of Healing in Malvern Hills which became my solid foundation in working with universal energy and my own gift as a Healer.

In 1998 I took voluntary redundancy… continued in comments…
