Care South at Home, have an exciting opportunity for Home Care & Support Assistants to join the Care South at Home Bournemouth Team .

The home care team provide services & support including companionship, household tasks, personal care, grocery shopping ,picking up prescriptions & meal preparation.

You will be required to hold a full UK driving licence & access to transport, as you will be visiting clients in their own homes.

💙 Meet the Manager: Tracie Gregory, Care South at Home 💙

With an impressive career in care spanning nearly two decades, Tracie Gregory brings deep experience, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for supporting people in their own homes.

Tracie first stepped into care in 2007 as a Domiciliary Carer, later moving into roles such as Bookings Coordinator and Registered Care Manager in Scotland, where she led services across a wide area from Aberdeen to Inverness. After returning to Bournemouth in 2017, she continued as a Registered Manager before expanding her skills further as a Deputy Manager in a care home.

Despite her varied experience, Tracie’s heart has always been in domiciliary care. Her commitment to helping people live well at home is what drives her every day, and she is proud to lead a dedicated Care South at Home team making a real difference in the community.

Lana Wright leads the team at Alexandra House with warmth, experience, and an unwavering commitment to high-quality care.

With over 14 years in the care sector, Lana began her journey as a Care Assistant before progressing into management, including leading a Dementia Community and earning an NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care. In 2021, she was honoured as Manager of the Year in her previous organisation — a testament to her dedication and leadership.
