Join us on 24 March for our Open Day. You’ll have the chance to experience some of the fantastic sessions we run and visit a range of information stalls for carers. It’s a great opportunity to meet the team, learn more about what we offer and connect with others in the community.

🎉 Bingo Night – Supporting Parkstone Connect
On 25 March, we’re hosting a fun filled Bingo Night to help raise funds for the Day Centre. Expect great prizes, friendly competition and lots of laughs!

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next leadership challenge?

We’re looking for someone passionate about helping people recover, regain independence and return home safely after hospital stays.

You’ll lead services delivering home-based reablement and residential intermediate care, working with health and social care partners to support recovery and reduce long hospital stays.

💙 What you’ll do
• Lead and inspire multidisciplinary care teams
• Oversee reablement and discharge-to-assess services
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and CQC compliance
• Drive service improvement and innovation
• Work with NHS and local authority partners
• Help people regain independence and confidence

👤 What we’re looking for
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
• Eligible to register as a CQC Registered Manager
• Leadership experience in reablement, rehabilitation or intermediate care
• Passion for delivering person-centred care and positive outcomes
