Important Information

After an unexpected hospital visit this week, I have been advised that I have possibly torn the cartilage in my ribs!

I have made contact with some of you who have had appointments cancelled over the last few days, but I may need to cancel more appointments next week, depending how I am feeling.

Unfortunately I do not have the availability to reschedule all of your appointments, so with the very generous help of other local groomers, I will be forwarding details to you, based on your location, for you to book a one off appointment. This will ensure I have the time to heal as needed.

For anyone local to me Hannah at Barking Barbers in Broadstone has offered to help, so please contact her directly to make an appointment. Hannah and her team provide a great service, I know that, as I spent time working there last summer 👍

I am hoping to groom some smaller dogs next week, so if you don't hear from me, your appointment is still in the diary.

I understand this will be an inconvenience to some, but I need to take some time out to rest up and heal.

I have availability on Wednesday, this week, from 12pm should anyone be looking for an earlier appointment for their dogs next groom. Please get in touch to arrange.

Please also note that if your appointment has gone over my recommended scheduled time, if your dog is matted, there will be a minimum charge of £10 on top of your groom. My recommended schedule for your dogs groom is paramount to ensuring that your dogs coat remains in good condition and having to remove matts is not only distressing for your dog, but it damages my equipment and blunts my blades, incurring additional sharpening costs for me.

If you have any concerns about your dogs current grooming schedule please let me know.
