BEGINNERS-CONTINUATION CLASSES:

MIXED ABILITY CLASSES, BEGINNERS PLUS TO INTERMEDIATE:
Monday mornings 6.30-7.30am
Wednesday evenings 6.30-8.00pm
Sunday mornings 09.30-11.00am

Our Go with the Flow Ladies Yoga & Relaxation Retreat in Sardinia is an invitation to truly slow down and take care of you. Each morning begins with yoga, stretching, balance and guided meditation — held in the beautiful yoga shala or outdoors overlooking the pool and sparkling sea. From there, the day unfolds exactly as you choose.

You’re free to do as much or as little as you wish. Relax by the pool, wander to the nearby beach, sit with a book, share laughter with new friends, or simply rest without responsibility. This retreat is not about pushing or performing — it’s about listening to your body, reconnecting with yourself, and feeling supported every step of the way.

✨ No yoga experience needed — complete beginners, returning yogis, and regular practitioners are all warmly welcomed. Poses are always adapted so you can move in a way that feels right for your body.

My Yoga Beginners Course is created for those who want to learn from the ground up — slowly, safely, and with encouragement every step of the way. No rushing. No pressure. Just supportive teaching in a small, friendly group.

Over eight sessions, you’ll gently build the foundations of yoga, learning how to move, breathe and relax with confidence.
