A lil mood board for January 🌟

As we are still in the depths of winter, nature is resting and preparing for Spring, it's very much okay to match this energy: slow down and enjoy the hibernation phase. A month of reflection & rest, journeying inward and nourishing our minds, bodies & soul.

How I like to fully embrace Hygge:

✨ Cosying up on the sofa, reading books & sipping tea/hot choccy ☕📖
🧘‍♀️ Moving my body with intention & presence
🌱 Immersing myself in nature
🌞 Feeling the warmth of the sun on my face
🍲 Nourishing my body with warm, wholesome foods & spices
🧖‍♀️ Sauna, salt baths & hot water bottles bc warmth is healing
🐻 Spending quality time out with my loved ones away from all distractions
..and lots more wholesome activities being fully present as one can be in a busy world filled with distractions.

Reminding ourselves, we are not here to be worker 🐝s, we are here to help eachother & calm our nervous systems every blessed day on earth 🧚‍♀️
