🌟Limited availability Wednesday 10:40am (beginners/intermediate) and Thursday 7:15pm (intermediate) See flyer for venues
🌟Maximum class size is 10 to allow correction of technique and attention to detail
🌟Come and try a class for £5, all you need is a mat and a desire to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, coordination and overall wellbeing 😁
(£11 per class after initial session)
🌟We are friendly and welcoming to new comers with classes having a range of ages. Most of my classes also have men.
🌟Whether you are wanting to try Pilates to complement another sport, recovering from an injury, looking to help manage a long term health condition or just curious about Pilates then come and give it a go under the expert guidance of a Chartered Physiotherapist
