Stand on one leg while brushing your teeth! That’s 2 minutes practice every day 😁👍🏻💪

🌟Venue: St Dunstan’s Church Hall BH14
🌟When: Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am
🌟Cost: £5 for initial class then £11 per class payable in a block
🌟Beginner & intermediate level

Bookings open for my new class starting Wed 10th September. Places limited to 10 to allow attention to your technique. Book now to avoid disappointment 😅

Pilates is a low impact form of exercise which works on strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. It’s a whole body workout, great if you’re looking to move well, feel stronger and improve your general well being ☺️

I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years experience in the NHS, and APPI certified Mat work Instructor.

It’s not every day one of my clients turns 90 ❤️ This is the lovely Wendy and she’s been coming to my chair class for over a year! Still managing the 1 minute sit to stand with no arm supports! We did a short class followed by tea and cake today !!!
