What a fabulous way to celebrate the end of our Spring Pilates term today! 🌸
We had such a lovely Pilates social at The Bricklayers — full of laughter, connection and community spirit.
A huge thank you to everyone who brought along delicious food to share. It really summed up what our classes are all about… not just Pilates, but friendship, support and feeling part of something special. 💛
It was so wonderful to see clients chatting, encouraging each other and even making new friends outside of class. That community vibe is exactly what makes my Physiotherapist-led Pilates classes so unique.
This term, we’ve been focusing on weight-bearing Pilates exercises to build muscle strength (both deep and global), improve bone health, and enhance balance and stability — all key for healthy ageing and staying active.
Next term, we’ll be moving on to:
✨ Core strength (including pelvic floor health)
✨ Functional movement patterns
✨ Squats and lunges to support everyday activities and longevity
If you’re looking for Pilates in Poole, beginner-friendly Pilates or chair Pilates classes, or physiotherapist-led exercise for strength and balance, I’d love you to join us next term.
Here’s to strong bodies, confident movement and a supportive community 💫
