I’m super proud to announce that I am now one of the 864 clinics in the UK that is Save Face Accredited. Being a save face accredited clinic and practitioner means a great deal to me. Patient safety is always my priority in everything I do. I strive for excellence within my clinical practice and environment and as many of you know I am keen to see regulation within medical aesthetics.
How the accreditation works
* 116-point assessment process: Each practitioner and clinic must pass detailed checks covering hygiene, safety, professional qualifications, insurance, consent procedures, advertising ethics, and complaint handling
* On-site clinic inspection: Nurse assessors inspect the premises to ensure they meet safe and hygienic operating conditions
* Governance framework: Accredited practitioners are overseen by an Expert Advisory Board and regular audits to ensure continual improvement
🏆 Why it matters
* Legally backed quality mark: Being PSA‑accredited signals compliance with high standards in governance, education, and regulatory processes
* Patient safety & public trust: It gives patients confidence that practitioners are vetted, complaints are managed fairly, and standards are enforced
* Industry-wide leadership: Save Face often pioneers improvements—campaigning for safety legislation (e.g., age restrictions on cosmetic treatments).
