My fun-filled, community-based Summer Beach Season runs from May-September every year on Saturdays and Sundays at 9am at Alum Chine Beach opposite the old Vesuvio Restaurant now called Alum Beach Hut (booking is essential so read on…)

This will be my 6th year running. I am a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator and sound healer, born and raised in Poole. I have been teaching for nearly 8 years now. I own popular yoga studio in Parkstone, The Loving Life Studio and host yoga retreats across the UK and Europe

I make my classes fun and welcoming to all so don’t worry if you are a complete beginner, that’s what I’m here for and I love being a part of your journey, I like to say “take what you need, do what you can” and the relaxation at the end is just so peaceful listening to nature’s very own playlist of waves and ocean breeze 🌞

Sea dips are often enjoyed after our Beach Classes but completely optional. I always encourage connection after class to the likeminded people you meet throughout the sessions if you have the time! We have such a strong sense of community!

Loving Life Lillie has an outdoor licence granted by BCP council, allowing for the conduct of classes on our beautiful beaches. For this permission she has to provide all certificates, insurance documentation, first aid qualifications, risk assessments and more.

Hello everyone! I hope you’re well & having a good start to your year - popping in with a little energy forecast & beach yoga update for you today 🥰

We are currently in the depths of midwinter. This can often seem to be the hardest part of what feels like an eternal winter. But keep an eye out for the first signs of life pushing through the earth reminding us that nothing lasts forever. Not even winter ❄️

I actually picked up some daffodils when I was at the supermarket the other day & they’ve brought so much joy to this gloomy week 💛

Nature gives us hope of all that is yet to come. Just as the seeds buried deep within the soil over winter begin to stir, you may begin to feel things gently stirring within you too. This is a time of both creation & patience, something nature teaches us so beautifully. Winter isn't over & yet, we are beginning to see the first signs of spring. This is a liminal time between seasons. An opportunity to consider what you've learned in hibernation & begin to envision what you want to awaken in yourself & your life. Atime to notice how you have changed & grown & who you are emerging as this Spring ✨

I have loved seeing so many of you in class to kickstart our year at The Loving Life Studio & online! We’ve even hosted our first day retreat of the year too. I truly love supporting you through these self-love practices that bring so much magic into life. Thank you for your support my loves 🩷
