When people show you who they are believe them, said the great Maya Angelou. We cannot change others we can only change our response to them. So trust your intuition and their actions, stop living your life with unrealistic expectations, and wish them well.

Walk with people who love you, support you, laugh with you, and listen when you need a compassionate ear. Don't settle. You have everything you need to thrive so walk alone when necessary.
