We’re excited to be hosting our first Orthopaedic Evening with Charles Willis-Owen⭐️

ALL ABOUT KNEES! From athletic knees and sports injuries to all the up to date evidence about managing arthritis with injection therapy and surgical options ⭐️

We’ve worked closely with Charles for years and know how expert he is at looking after our patients. He loves to be active himself so he’s always keen to look at the best options to help his patients get back to doing what they love ⭐️

What a month!! Can’t believe we’re at the end of our first month in our new clinic with our full team - it’s been epic and we’ve loved every minute ⭐️

It was an absolute honour to sponsor last week and be able to present the ‘Endeavour Award’ 🏆

What an incredible week of sailing, entertainment, activities, teamwork, giggles, craziness and special memory making ⭐️

It was so amazing to see over 270 children head out onto the water everyday and all of the hard work and dedication from the committee and parents to make that happen.

Our children had an amazing time too and loved being part of such an epic week 🙏❤️

We’re so excited to welcome Josie to the team as another sports massage therapist ⭐️

Josie is going to be working on Wednesdays 3.30pm - 8pm. If you’d like to book in send us a DM, Josie would love to meet you and release those muscles! ⭐️

Josie has always had a passion for health and wellbeing. This led her to complete a 250 hour Yoga Teacher Training course in Bristol in 2019. This quickly led Josie to realise the hands-on side of teaching and working with people on an individual basis is what she enjoyed most 😊

With an active lifestyle and love of sports, Sports Massage was the natural next step. After completing Sports Massage Level 3 and 4, Josie worked in a multi-practitioner clinic in North Devon, gaining experience with a huge variety of soft tissue injuries and issues and has recently moved to Poole 🌞

Josie creates a calming environment and collaborative approach to treatments, facilitating connection between the mind and body and therefore long lasting rehabilitation and healing ⭐️

Outside of work, Josie is a keen runner, surfer and foodie! ❤️
