My name is Jacqui, I am a Holistic Therapist with 8 years of industry experience, from working in luxury spa resorts across the UK and Ibiza to running my own award winning holistic therapy business (voted Best Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage Clinic 2023 in the Scottish Enterprise Awards) in Loch Lomond near Glasgow, I'm so excited to begin a new chapter with the wonderful team at Heal to Toe in Upton.
You'll find me there on Sundays from 12th October where I'll be offering a range of holistic treatments including Massage Therapy, Facials (including natural face lift massage), Reiki and Solution Focused Hypnotherapy.
My core value for ATP Holistic is and always will be to create a bespoke, personalised experience for all my clients, every time they visit.
I specialise in massage therapy for stress relief, training recovery and injury prevention. My favourite modalities for muscular pain & discomfort are deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and cupping.
To further support mental and emotional wellbeing my go to therapies include light touch therapy (safe for clients going through cancer or with a compromised lymphatic system), relaxing Swedish massage and Reiki. I am also a Beauty therapist and a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist so if talking therapy or skincare is more your vibe, I've got you.
I whole heartedly believe in our own ability and power to support our mental, emotional and physical health through taking preventative actions on the regular. Preventative actions like regular exercise, meditation, eating well, spending quality time with people who light you up... alongside regular wellness treatments where you can just be you and let go.
