Dragonfly Academic Support and Well-Being We are a small independent companying providing Assistive Technology (AT) training and Study Skills support. We are a female and disabled led company.

Assistive Technology Training, Study Skills and Mentoring
Our training and supported is targeted and individually made for disabled adult learners in education. We provide face to face support throughout the South Coast of England and Remote Training through a program called "Join Me." We also provide Study Skills support to students which works really well with the AT software. Our Director has

Dyslexia and Dyspraxia as well as having other disabilities. We know and understand what it is like to struggle through the education system. All of our trainers have Enhanced DBS (CRB) checks, we have a lone worker policy, health and safety procedures, relevant insurances and are registered with the Data Protection Act in place. We also provide privates one:one study skills support for people as well as computer skills training in the comfort of their own home.

So it’s official in lockdown mode I have gained a fellow staff member who has got a lot attention from my students he pops in to say hi and then he sleeps at my feet while I am on Skype or Zoom. Students love him 😊 Sonic the cat 😊

Thinking of all students at this awful time in the world and hoping everyone keeps safe. We been using the software package Zoom to enable us to see students and their screens, it is working really well. I also am aware that universities are using similar software for lectures. If you need to book in your training and support please let us know and I will be happy to book in your support session in 😊
