After visiting Men Scryfa standing stone, I decided to go in search of the Nine Maidens stone circle, which had evaded me on my recent visit to Ding D**g mine. Again, there is no signpost to this sacred site. After leaving Men Skryfa standing stone, you continue along the Tinners Way track. At the fork in this photo, you go right, keeping the derelict building in your site....

What a busy summer it has been for me which is why time hasn't permitted me to publish a blog. Visits to Maastricht, France, Croatia and then France again, amongst other things have left me with little time to keep in touch. So it was most welcome to spend some time invigorating myself amongst the sacred sites in beautiful West Penwith, Cornwall and especially at New Moon....

Hope you are all keeping well and staying dry in these torrential downpours. I thought I would share with you my latest addition to my crystal collection. A beautiful Septarian crystal sphere (also known as the Dragon Stone). It was formed around 50 to 70 million years ago during the Earth's Cretaceous period. Associated with Inner Awakening, connecting with Mother Earth as well as providing a protective shield (which is what I will use it for at my cottage to protect me from any further flooding)....

First of all, my apologies for taking so long to get a blog out to you, however, life is hectic at the moment. A trip to Northumberland, France and then Maastricht to see Andre Rieu with his Johann Strauss Orchestra. I felt it was time I had a moment to go within, and what better place than a little known stone circle, 5 miles from Dobwalls in Cornwall....
