Good evening lovely people!

I feel I have left you all in the lurch recently so wanted to come on and give a little life update!

Back in December I was diagnosed with a 'Bizarre Parosteal Osteochondromatous Prolieration, Yup - I didn't know what that was either! The GP had never heard of it nor had his colleague! Luckily the Radiographer who looked at my x-ray had! In short its a very rare benign bone tumour that needed removing, so, fast forward to today, I have now had it removed and am waiting on the results of the biopsy.

Anyway - enough of that! As you know Light Touch has been on very reduced hours in recent months - this is due to a change of career direction - I work as a Rehab Assistant in the NHS working alongside Physios and OT's, I also work on the Marine camp x2 a week, alongside network marketing, digital marketing and more recently - digital products ( yes there's definitely something neurospicy going on!)

In addition I have two very sporty, very competitive kids and most of my weekends are spent being sports mum taxi!

The juggle is REAL! and I know you guys get it - we are all running around like headless chickens trying to keep our s**t together!

Anyway - I just wanted to let you know, I'm still here, Still massaging and still TIRED! 😴 haha!
