WHAT a month it was in June for Rossmore

✔️ 600lb lost in total 🤩
✔️ 8 members achieved Club 10 awards, 10% of their starting body weight lost giving them amazing health benefits of improvement of blood pressure, reduces the risk stroke and type 2 diabetes, asthma, sleep apnea and mobility 😍
✔️ GROUP OF THE MONTH presented at our district meeting ❤️
