Successful progressive overload dumbbell pressing over the last couple of months..
I said to myself i was going to press 50's by xmas but as they got easier i said 55's for 4 which i did last week..
This week i said 6 which i just about got..
Training is not only physical strength but mental strength..
Talk yourself into a lift not out of it and you'll be glad you did..
Training with a great coach also helps💪
