Deadlift day for
She tweaked her lower back at the weekend so we switched to the trap bar to hit her legs more and shift the load,this resulted in yet another PB of 122kg on top of her 107.5kg deadlift PB last week💪💪
Then some T Bar rows and lat pulldowns to finish off and check that back !😲
This runner used to be super nervous about going into a gym to do weights so used to leave it and do 20mins on a treadmill and go home
Now she is building some quality muscle & strength !💪
Not to mention the huge shift in confidence that has increased 10 fold as a result of getting stronger🙌
