Have you recently been turned away from one of our shops when dropping off donations?
Please remember that our shops only take donations until 3pm. This ensures that we have time to clear out and sort through everything before the next day. Otherwise, our staff and storerooms get overwhelmed, and we aren't able to offer the service we aspire to.
To avoid being turned away it's always best to phone up before leaving donations, we don't like to disappoint our customers but sometimes our shops can't cope with anymore. We can only accept as much as we sell, thank you for your understanding💟
If the condition of the item isn’t something you’d wear yourself, then please don’t donate it. Whether these items are dirty, stained or broken, please always check the quality before donating. As a charity it costs us money to dispose of unsellable donations.
