Women’s Summer Retreat Day 🧡 Sunday 5th July 2026, 9.30am-4.30pm

We return to the spacious and light venue of Studland village hall for a full day of embodied movement, connection and nourishment.

My dear friend and Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) practitioner will be sharing this ancient Chinese practice which involves slow flowing movements with breath to target energy circulation and healing.

This uplifting day focuses on heart energy, associated with Summer and is ideal shared with a friend but of course you can attend by yourself. It’s open to all levels and a split payment option is available to spread the cost.

What’s included in your Summer retreat day:
~ Welcome drink of fresh juice or cacao
~ Welcome circle with oracle cards and optional sharing
~ Heart focused yoga flow practice with Abby
~ Break with herbal teas and sweet treat
~ Partner play! Learn simple adjustments you can do in partner poses and some basic Thai massage techniques

✨WINTER SOLSTICE RITUAL AND REST✨

Come rest your bones on this longest night in the year. Gathering in community as we come towards to the close of this Gregorian year, a chance to pause, reflect, release and rest.

This special 75 minute candle lit session involves a reflection ritual, guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra), sweet treat, herbal tea.
