Women’s Retreat announcement 🍂🧡🍂

I’m calling this one ‘The Gathering Warmth’ with the intention to create space for you to gather to rest, feel warmth in your bones and heart in the company of other women

This afternoon-into-evening half day retreat includes gentle movement, Forest Sauna, Yoga Nidra as well as hearty warming nourishment 😌

Held at the beautiful Happy River Retreat in Wareham Forest on Sunday 30th November 🌲

~ Arrive 2.30pm to a ‘hug in a mug’ cacao & welcome circle
~ Gentle guided movement to ease away creaks
~ Private sauna session in The Forest Sauna
~ Yoga Nidra for deep rest
~ A healthy hearty warming soup & delicious sourdough (all fully gluten free & vegan)
~ Closing circle & fire bowl before we depart at 6.30pm
~ Mini guest gift bags as a memento of our gathering
~ Early bird £50 (until 30th September), standard price thereafter £60

1. Email your MP using templates then post & share your action (israhell has bombed another hospital TWICE killing civilians & journalists, on purpose, live on air)

2. Show solidarity with the Palestinian people & donate the cost of a coffee to one (or more) of the following (my family in Gaza), (then post/share your action)

3. Book an in person class with me to move & rest & know your payment helps me regularly donate to links above, thank you. (Or do a donation based YouTube class of mine)

Curating retreats is soul work ✨ Heart & soul filling, lighting up, affirming. What. A. Blessing.

My intention?
To create a better, more just, loving, sustainable world. Yes you may call me a dreamer but I’m serious.
And how do I go about that?
By creating space where women feel uplifted & rested but also remember their wisdom, voice, worth & power. WE are the building blocks of our world.

But I’m a beginner? Doesn’t matter.

Check out who are providing life lines by directly supporting families in Gaza. Their work includes:
Evacuation Assistance: Helping families safely escape conflict zones and secure travel documents. (Although families in Gaza are unable to evacuate currently due to Israel closing the borders)
Financial Aid: Providing funds for basic needs, education, and medical care.
Emotional Support: Offering counseling and mental health resources to help families cope with trauma.
Community Integration: Assisting families in finding homes, jobs, and a sense of belonging in their new communities.

We’re returning to the stunning to soak up the energy, light & warmth of the Summer days.

With a focus on heart energy & joy, the primary organ & emotion associated with Summer in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), your retreat day includes ceremonial grade cacao from , a morning of embodied somatic movement, guided meditation & journalling for relationship with self & each other, opportunities to share in sacred circle, nourishing lunch from , seasonal Yin Yoga for the heart meridian & a session in the soothing forest sauna ☺️ You’ll have time to be in nature & community before taking home considered gift bags. 15 years ago, Israel attacked the Mavi Marmara - an unarmed aid ship carrying civilians, journalists, and humanitarian workers attempting to break the illegal siege on Gaza. Nine activists were killed and dozens wounded. The message then was clear: even peaceful humanitarian efforts would be met with violence.

Today, the Freedom Flotilla sails again. This time, aboard the Madleen, a new generation of activists, medics, and journalists are attempting to break the blockade and deliver urgently needed food and supplies to Palestinians who are being systematically starved in Gaza - a siege that has escalated into full-scale genoc-de.

Among those onboard are prominent figures including Greta Thunberg, Thiago Avila, Dr Mohammad Mustafa, Rima Hassan, Tan Safi, and Liam Cunningham. They are risking their safety to demand that Palestinians be given the most basic of rights - food, water, dignity, and life.

Their courage is a reminder that international action does not require permission - it requires conscience, and the will to act.
