As we are entering late winter and especially the month of February in particular, things can feel so heavy and everything around us so wet.

In Ayurveda this period of time is known as kapha season with characteristics of heaviness, dampness, stagnation and dullness. Sound familiar anyone?!

What happens around us can reflect what happens within us, as we are nature after all!

What can we do to help clear stagnation and lethargy… are we feeling these symptoms?! Ways that can help 👇🏽

🤍 spice up your food, now is the time to add the extra chilli, ginger, pepper etc

🤍 shake it off, dedicate time each morning to shake and move your body

🤍 dry brush before showering/bathing

🤍 if you’re booked in for a massage treatment, explain to your therapist how you are feeling. They may help to shift heavy energy by gentle rocking and and percussion

🤍 stay warm

Expect to practice yoga poses designed to relax and unwind, chanting to boost the nervous system, self massage and guided meditations to prepare for a restful nights sleep.

£10 drop in or £36 for 4 classes

Classes will be starting up again on the 28th April

No experience is necessary but you will need to bring a yoga mat ❤️ do get in touch if you’d like to come along, start date TBC.
