Hi beautiful Peeps,

Work is progressing slowly on the shop as we are still waiting for materials to come across on the boat, recent delays have not helped us at all, so deadlines with tradespeople have had to be realigned to fit in around them too.

We are getting there and hoping to be open in March, it’s a really massive space and endeavour so please bear with us, we want to open as soon as we can. Been spending our money since October with no actual return yet, so we can’t wait to open our doors but it has to perfect and to the highest standards!

Whilst waiting and patience is sadly not my virtue, I am studying behind the scenes. Currently working on case studies, assessments and assignments for a Degree and three Diplomas!

In my study surrounded by my beautiful Crystal to aid my studying - Clear Quartz, Sodalite, Fluorite, Smoky Quartz, Carnelian, Amethyst, Hematite, and Tigers Eye.

No rest for the wicked even on a Sunday!

FLO entraining with LUNA - these two massive gongs sound beautiful together - creating a magical etheric sound when played side by side.

All sound practitioners play differently and are trained by different teachers. I have found my style after three years of training and searching for sounds that resonate with me - that connect with my heart when I am playing!

I personally am not a lover of loud crashing sounds so my sound baths are focused on gentle frequencies that resonate with the heart and don’t startle the soul.

Different practitioners create individual sounds, so it is important to find the one that resonates with you # attending a Soundbath.

I have learnt over the last three years there is also peace and serenity in the sound of silence too - allowing a meditative and focused state that envelopes your whole being!!!

So looking forward to bringing you Soundbaths in Castletown at NIRVANA!!! 🙏💜 x

January 2026 blessings to all you beautiful beauts!!!

Been quiet here on social media as lots going on behind the scenes!

I have been training on many new modalities and also retraining/refreshing my knowledge on modalities I trained in 20 odd years ago.

Many things change regulation wise and it’s good to refresh knowledge I learnt in 2003.

The new shop NIRVANA will be opening next month at 10 Malew Street In Castletown.

We have trades people in and out of the shop over the next few weeks and we will open its doors, only when it is completely ready and looking amazing.

We will not be rushed and refuse to open until we are a million percent happy with our new premises. We don’t cut corners just to rush new products/equipment in - this only look shabby and cheapens our brand!

We will be updating the new details for NIRVANA tanning and wellness over the next few weeks and keep all our wonderful clients updated on our progress.

We were hoping to open earlier but losing Mum hit me hard before Christmas and I can’t help anyone else if I am not healed myself.

The last two months I have been working on myself through grief counselling and training with the best in the business who have helped me on my healing journey. I needed my time to grieve. And I am truly blessed for all the support I received from my mentors, trainers, friends and colleagues.

Now back in the game, your favourite holistic therapist will be offering you the bestest treatments on island once again! Alongside Nirvana Tanning and Wellness studio.

I am so looking forward to reconnecting with you all again and showcasing our amazing new tanning and wellness business. We are switching it up down South and excited about what’s ahead for you!

Hello beautiful peeps - therapy update.
As a few of my clients know I have been back to the UK as my Mum was very poorly. Sadly she passed away in Oct and we had her funeral a couple of weeks ago. It has been an extremely hard and heartbreaking time for me the last month and navigating my grief and the girls too has been my main focus.

We have a new shop in Castletown, the lease was signed in October and the new flooring is down and the heating and air conditioning has been fitted. I have not been at the shop for a while however we have tradesman in next week working at the shop.

I will be working from my own therapy room at Nirvana Tanning and Wellness. There will be a tanning studio at front area for the sun-beds, the middle area will be my therapy room, then the back area will be a wellness studio - this will be available to rent on a hourly basis once completed. I will be running several activities myself from the studio too such as a drumming circle, sound baths, cacao ceremonies and training courses etc.

Whilst I have been off work I have been busy training and I am looking forward to offering some fantastic new modalities to the treatment area. I have also been temping at A&E which has been keeping me busy too!

I am not sure how fast all the work will be finished but please do keep an eye on this page and Nirvana Tanning and Wellness for updates. Once everything is finished, Nirvana will be open and I will be taking bookings for Aura Alchemy @ Nirvana again.

I am aware that some clients still have vouchers outstanding from this year and they have all been documented and extended until 31st May 2026.

I am looking forward to seeing all my wonderful clients and reconnecting with you all again. It’s been a tough few months, however the new shop will keep us all busy going forward.

Weekend blessings beautiful peeps for an Autumn Fall Equinox!

So, not yet in our new premises, work is still undergoing and hoping to be in for October.

In the meantime me, being me, I have been hard at work studying and training on my time off, coinciding with trips across to the UK.

Looking forward to bringing some amazing new modalities to you through relaxation, to help recover, reset and realign. Using the modality of sound (frequencies and resonance) and light ( chromotherapy and led) and scents (essential organic oils).

CHROMOTHERAPY - used since Ancient times and part a of a healing medical practice for many centuries. Colour therapy has great significance in the holistic approach of complementary health practice.

Colour therapists harness the energy contained in the vibrations of the colour rays to promote health and healing. We the therapist understand through training how to transfer these vibrations to you, and your body in turns then facilitates the healing process.

Colour is the soul of the nature and by experiencing the colour of life we participate in this soul - this is how Rudolph Steiner described the value of colour.

I personally had a profound experience myself through colour healing and would love to share this with you all in our new wellness space.
