Hi everyone. I am very lucky with the amount of people that trust me to help them on a weight loss journey. So to celebrate our group winning UK Group of the year we are running a celebration/charity party night on the 18th October. This will be a raffle with all proceeds being spilt equally between Ardgowan Hospice and Mind Mosaic Child & Family Therapies 2 incredible local charities. I am looking for anyone especially my friends who run their business to help with any donations big or small to raise as much money as possible. Any support with this would be massively appreciated so thank you in advance ❤️

Woman of the year at my group yesterday and what an emotional morning. My amazing winners Michele Sweeney , Lorraine McPherson and Heather Bryan have lost a combined over 15 stone by changing their food and activity alone. I was also totally honoured that the amazing Alison Ridgley who is slimming worlds current national woman of the year having lost 13 stone came to do a talk and present these amazing girls their awards massive thank you to this inspirational girl who I can now truly call a friend. Huge congratulations to the 3 winners and all the nominees I'm so grateful you all walked through the door and trusted me to help❤️

In 2023/2024 over 10% more of the UK population that were overweight were men. There is a perception weight loss groups are for the girls. This could not be further from the truth (fyi in case you've not noticed I'm a bloke!!!), as we have plenty of men at group and would love to welcome some more so don't be scared to take that step lads. Just ping a wee message.
