However, you do need to approach it with an open mind and a willingness to learn. The postures are an important aspect of yoga but there is much more to yoga than simply an exercise class. tation and how you approach your life are all aspects of yoga too. The yoga class is aimed at all levels, but is particularly welcoming to those people who haven't tried yoga before and who may feel a little apprehensive about going into a yoga class for the first time. Jacci provides a balanced class of yoga postures (asanas) as well as breathing tuition (pranayama) and relaxation techniques. Students are encouraged to become more in tune with their own bodies, thereby increasing their own awareness and mindfulness. The practice of yoga helps you to flourish both physically and mentally and it is a good antidote to the stressful, busy lives that so many of us lead today.
