It was around this time 14 years ago i was at an all time low with my weight. Yoyo dieting and never getting very far before giving up and feeling worse about myself.

This diet changed my life. By June i was 3 stone down......after a few months, I was 5 stone down and from a size 20 to a size 10. I have maintained this for 15 years and will never go back.
