No yoga Monday evening but but running a Pop up Bank Holiday Monday morning class at 9am
This will incorporate a few of the standing sequence of Ashtanga followed by some yin Yin is a deep stretch class that revitalises the body's tissues: This is one of the primary benefits and goals of yin yoga. By holding postures for an extended period, it lengthens, hydrates, and releases deep connective tissues. As you sink into the pose, your connective tissue responds by stretching, twisting, squeezing, and compressing. After yin practice, you may be left feeling as if you've had a massage.
Yoga classes are included if you are an unlimited vault member or £7 for other gym members £8 for non members.

Late Summer/Early Christmas get together

Saturday 11th November

Albert Hotel from 6pm (food at 7pm)

£10 per ticket to cover the legendary Albert buffet with a donation to the local Royal British Legion this being Remembrance Day.

Also quiz, raffle and bake off tasting.

For the bakers out there we are thinking of a Scone head to head.
4 or more perfectly identical Scones. (The gym will provide the jam and cream)

Anyone with a prize for the raffle that would be most welcome, just drop it in the gym whenever.

Numbers needed ASAP (more than welcome to bring your better half or a friend if you have one 🙂

Great Night

I would like to thank everyone who came to the gym social last night and made it such a great event.

Special thanks to Pat and Kay for a fantastic buffet and great bar service

Thanks to Ashleigh and Willa for running both the quiz and raffle, congratulations to the winning team who now have the honour of running the next one.
