Port Talbot Funeral Service

Port Talbot Funeral Service Holy Cross Church, otherwise known as the Chapel of Ease was built in 1827 with the permission of Margams 'Talbot' family.

It closed its doors in 2008 as a Church and was left to deteriorate. Plans were sought to change the Church into a house, which included relocating several headstones and surfacing over those graves to provide a parking area. However, Mr Malcolm Evans, a lifelong member of the Church and local funeral director purchased this beautiful building and restored it to its former glory including the magn

ificent stained glass window. The surrounding grounds are also maintained meaning the final resting place for your loved ones is both a beautiful and peaceful place to visit.
