Charlotte Swann is a British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 qualified yoga teacher who currently offers hatha yoga classes and workshops and specialist yoga for menopause workshops in Neath and Port Talbot and Pontardawe, South Wales. Her classes involve physical posture work , breathing practices and relaxation, taught in an inclusive way with many modifications to cater to all levels of physical ability.
Her classes aim to bring a healthy balance to the body and the mind through controlled physical movement, concentration, flexibility, conscious breathing and complete relaxation. Charlotte currently teaches the following classes:
Mixed ability yoga class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 18.30 - 20.00 every Monday evening. A mixed ability class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 9.15 - 10.15am every Wednesday Morning. Chair Yoga at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure every Wednesday 10.30 - 11.30am. Mixed ability yoga class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 18.30 - 20.00 every Wednesday evening. Mixed ability yoga classes 5.40 - 6.40pm and 6.50 - 7.50pm Pontardawe Leisure Centre every Thursday evening. A mixed ability class at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure Centre: 9.15 - 10.15am every Friday Morning. Chair Yoga at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure every Friday 10.30 - 11.30am. Relax & Restore Yoga at Aberavon Fitness and Leisure the last Friday of every month (sometimes this date can vary) 18.30 - 20.00
