Menopause Wellness Consultations
I am currently in the third year of my training to be a Menopause Health Practitioner with The College of Functional Wellness. Having gained qualifications as a coach and nutritional advisor, I am now studying the menopause wellness module of my course.
Menopause Wellness is a holistic approach to the health of women in peri to post menopause, focusing on effective solutions that cover all aspects of health, including blood sugars, adrenal stress, s*x hormones, the digestive system and the immune system.
As part of this module I am required to work with 4 female case studies for 6 sessions each on their menopause health. Each session will be 1 to 1 online at a time that suits the participant and will last approximately an hour. Session will be spaced roughly one month apart to allow time for any changes put in place to have an effect. We will cover food strategies, lifestyle improvements and supplementation tailored to the individual to help alleviate menopause symptoms, decrease inflammation in the body, promote weight loss, improve sleep and increase energy levels and an over-all sense of wellbeing.
