They say a picture can tell a thousand words well, and this picture says it all Laura is absolutely beaming with pride and confidence something that has grown since losing weight I remember Laura walking through the doors almost 3years ago and now yes you see right she is an incredible 13st lighter.
I'm so immensely proud of Laura she stays to group whether she's lost maintained or gained Laura you are an inspiration to your fellow members and friends but also an inspiration to me Into never giving up on your dream ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Amazing weightloss

Dear Member who hasn't made it back to us x

Wow, where's the time going?! It seems like only yesterday we were celebrating the start of the party season, and now we are well into the New Year.

With a new year comes new aims and we start to think about returning to Food Optimising – I know I do, especially when the last of the cheese is gone! It’s so very understandable and all incredibly human that we relax over the party season. I want you to know that your group is here for you, no matter.
