This morning’s triage clinic was another success, with two very different cases coming through the doors.

🔹 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟏: A client experiencing back pain, likely due to a recent change in job role and a decrease in physical activity.
🔹 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝟐: A runner training for a triathlon, presenting with knee soreness—particularly aggravated during hill running.

Each 60-minute session included:
✅ A thorough health history and full-body assessment
✅ Postural and movement evaluation (active, passive, and resisted)
✅ A clear breakdown of findings and a tailored treatment plan
✅ Same-day hands-on treatment specific to the client’s needs

All for just £𝟑𝟎 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 - covering both assessment and treatment.

We also provide 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰-𝐮𝐩 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 after every appointment, whether it’s a one-off visit or part of an ongoing treatment plan.
