Two meals we have tried this week from the slimming world kitchen namely chicken tikka massalla with cucumber salad and rice also chilli loaded wedges with blackened sweetcorn.

Both very tasty and plenty for three portions 😋😋

This is Carole from Swansea, pictured on the right. She, along with two other women were able to fit into her old size 34 trousers. Carole struggled with what she called an addiction to food from her early 20s. By the time she reached 62 she could barely walk. But one day she decided something had to change. Now she has dropped an incredible 11 dress sizes and feels like a completely different person. "I was just killing myself, "she said. "I never thought I could possibly do this but I did it".
