1. We question if our loved ones would be a better place without me? I'm just a burden I can't fight how I feel and can't talk to anyone.

Stop listening to your anxiety, it lies to you? Talk to someone. Ask them would you be happier without me? It may be enough to pull you though.

2. I have done everything I can. I'm exhausted, the only way I can make the pain go away is say good bye.

No you haven't. Give yourself enough time. You haven't opened up too someone. Ask for help.

One of the bravest, strongest things you'll ever do is talk. Never suffer in silence.

We are in this together.

10 Reasons why it's important to talk about mental health.

1. Stigma – The more we talk about mental health the more we create an accepting society where people feel comfortable to open up.

2. Problem solve – Talking to other people can be a useful strategy to help solve difficult and challenging problems.

3. Asking for help – Talking to others about mental health could prompt close friends, family or colleagues to offer support.

4. Helping others – By talking to people about mental health we are supporting others with the confidence to speak openly.

5. The more we talk the more we can educate each other about the signs and symptoms of mental health problems.

6. Relationships – Talking openly and honestly can help form and strengthen relationships.

7. Express emotions – Talking to others can help vent emotions and provide people with an opportunity to express how they are feeling and what they are thinking.

8. Talking to others could encourage and provide someone with the confidence to seek out professional support.

9. Talking about mental health can fight against stereotypes.

10. Talking about feelings and thoughts can help boost confidence, reduce stress and influence health in a positive way.

Just to put a feeler out there. I’m thinking about arranging a little something.

Anger is a very natural feeling, it’s the reactions are frowned upon.

In a safe, controlled and unjudgemental environment props and materials will be provided to release some anger by smashing things.

Research shows that releasing anger though such methods makes you feel better.

Welcome to my page. I see mental health a massive part of our lives and I believe every little helps. I am going to follow my dream by becoming a counsellor and helping others.

I will share some experiences, how it’s affected me and what I did to try help myself.

You may wonder why I’ve called the page what I have.

Our main feelings are HAPPINESS, SADNESS and ANGER. The 3 feelings.

The Dark Shadow is, Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, anything that can alter your feelings.

I would like to inspire as many people as I can. So I would invite you to like, comment and share my page.

I am going to give away a book, and a choice of journal to 1 person who likes, comments and shares this page.

It is one of my favourite books I used for self help and journaling has helped me ten fold more than I can imagine.

It’s not for everyone but hopefully this page will guide you to what helps you.
