Days like this never get old. Seeing the confidence, the end result, it’s always more than just a before and after.

Different goals, different starting points, all coming together for one of the best shoots I’ve been part of.

That definitely escalated lol

started with me in November 2024 with the goal of getting into shape for his wedding in May 2025.

Since then, it’s become much more than that.

What started as wedding prep turned into a full lifestyle change. He’s stronger, fitter, healthier, more confident, and in the best shape of his life.

We’ve built a great working relationship along the way too, and that always shows in the result.

The wedding came and went, but the progress didn’t stop. We pushed on and got him into great shape for his photoshoot as well.

A great example of what happens when training becomes part of your life, not just part of the plan.

Worked in a gym setting the guts of 10 years now.

I’ve worked with a lot of people and seen a lot of different situations. Different headspaces, different goals, different expectations… different levels of effort.

No two clients are the same and that’s exactly how it should be. The plan, the approach, the structure, all of it can be tailored to suit the person in front of me.

That’s the job.

But results don’t come from the plan alone. They come from the person following it.

What’s the saying? You can lead a horse to water… but you can’t make it drink.

More muscle 💪🏻
More strength 📈
A better relationship with food 🍗

Bodyweight is up, but so is everything else. Still lean, just a much better physique.

She’s currently eating the most she ever has ~110g protein daily and comfortably over 1,600 calories with a flexible approach that actually fits her lifestyle.

No extremes. No unnecessary restriction.

Just structured training, enough food, and consistency.

All done through x1 PT session per week alongside online coaching, and we’re only getting started…

THIS DIDN’T HAPPEN OVERNIGHT.

Neither physique now, nor the PT business I run today lol.

I’ve trained with a lot of people over the years, and Beattie was one of the first, right back to the leisure centre / Cascades days for anyone from the Portadown direction.

We’ve worked on and off together for the guts of 6 years, and what he’s built now is simply the result of consistency. Training and nutrition aren’t something he just dabbles in when motivation is high, it’s been engrained into his lifestyle, and that’s why his physique is where it is today.

He’s also been there through a lot of the early stages of my business. Back when I was trying to build something, get content out, and create a bit of social proof, Beattie was one of the people who backed me early. I trained him free of charge alongside to help me get those first bits of content, before and afters, and momentum behind personal training.

A great mate, a long-term client, and someone who’s always backed me.

“I don’t like training for nothing” lol
stevensonnn and I have worked together on and off for a long time now, and one thing that has always mattered is having a clear goal in front of us.

Whether it was getting in shape for holidays, pushing towards a photoshoot, or working around dance-based goals with her being a dance teacher, the focus has always been the same… train with purpose.

That’s what makes progress easier to buy into. You’re not just turning up for the sake of it. You’ve got structure, direction, and something to work towards.

Over the years Ella has ticked off two photoshoots, built a strong physique, and always found her way back to training with intent.

Proud of everything she’s done and looking forward to plenty more to come 🤝

A FULL YEAR of doing it properly

70kg → 50kg

Not just a drop on the scales, a complete shift in composition, confidence, and how she carries herself.

From her first shoot last July, we knew there was more there. We pushed on, tightened everything up, and this is the result.

All while managing coeliac and endometriosis… still showing up, still progressing.

Confidence now at a level where she’s even launched her own business .ni

She didn’t just step in front of the camera for this, she was behind it too capturing the BTS. Plenty more work together ahead.
