A FULL YEAR of doing it properly

Jan 2025 โ†’ Feb 2026

70kg โ†’ 50kg

Not just a drop on the scales, a complete shift in composition, confidence, and how she carries herself.

From her first shoot last July, we knew there was more there. We pushed on, tightened everything up, and this is the result.

All while managing coeliac and endometriosisโ€ฆ still showing up, still progressing.

Confidence now at a level where sheโ€™s even launched her own business .ni

She didnโ€™t just step in front of the camera for this, she was behind it too capturing the BTS. Plenty more work together ahead.

Wedding Prep โ†’ Shoot Ready

Started as wedding prep alongside

The goal was simple, feel confident, get stronger, and look her best for the big day.

But when training starts clicking, things tend to snowball.

Strength went up. Body composition improved. Gym confidence grew week by week.

From early morning 2-1 sessions, consistent training, and building better habits around food and recoveryโ€ฆ this is where that journey led.

But more importantly, a completely different physique, strength level and confidence.

First up from last weekโ€™s shoot ๐Ÿ“ธ

68kg โž 63.5kg

Joy is no stranger to a photoshoot, so I knew getting her ready for this one would be straightforward.

But the biggest changes werenโ€™t just the number on the scale.

Better understanding of training. Stronger across the board in the gym. Tighter nutritional habits week to week.

The resultโ€ฆ a leaner, stronger physique and stepping in front of the camera feeling confident and in control.

A brilliant standard set.

Productive week.

First full week on plan with Coaches need coaches. Great having someone in my corner again to push for bigger and better things this year.

First photoshoot of 2026 wrapped as well. Great standard set early. Plenty more of that to come this year.

Caught up with friends home from Canada and thatโ€™s the last drink for a while.
