**Next week’s schedule, at a glance. This is the first week of the new schedule for September, so we’ll see how it goes and if it suits. This week we’ll spend some time cultivating a little quiet, and turning in, so that we can come home to ourselves. Looking forward to practising with you x

I have updated the cancellation policy ahead of September. I hope to make our little loft a fair place for all who would like to come and practise, so I am asking that you kindly and respectfully reschedule your class at least 4 hours ahead of the start time, if you can’t make it. I have tried to make it as consistent as possible, while still giving plenty of class possibilities; I hope you can find some time to join us in our little loft as we welcome September, with open arms. Day 3 of Summer Camp! Today was all about the strength a yoga practice can help us create, both in body and mind. Featuring some fabulous outfits, raw footage and demos by our Songbird legends. As this was our final day together before breaking for summer, we created some vision boards to build on our affirmations from the week. I am so proud of these kids, how they are growing in self awareness, showing kindness towards and being thoughtful of others…and also looking out for their oul teacher. Well done you bunch, see you in September 🙏🏻
