Julie Osborne Yoga Julie Osborne Yoga (JOY) Portadown. Julie teaches yoga classes at various Portadown locations Monday to Friday. All levels. Everyone welcome.

Book to reserve your place. Julie Osborne Yoga (JOY) classes Portadown, Tandragee and Craigavon are held each morning Mon-Fri and evening classes each Wednesday & Thursday. Classes are either mixed ability or intermediate+ levels. Mixed ability includes beginners, offering many variations on poses. Each class is 1 hour long, including a 5-8 min relaxation/meditation at the end. Classes are pre-boo

ked in monthly blocks, and BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL, so please call, text or e-mail to reserve your place. Zoom option is available from each class for those opting to stay home, hence available to everyone regardless of where you live.

Congratulations to on yet another fabulous race day. Thank you so much for having me again this year lead a short cool down yoga session on repeat, post 5k, 10k & 1/2 marathon races. Huge well done to all the runners today (especially those who cooled down afterwards) 👏👏🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻

“WHAT IS CHAIR YOGA”…
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga where poses are practiced sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. It’s designed to make yoga more accessible to every body: seniors, people with mobility limitations, those recovering from injuries or illness etc.
We work on mobility through our major joints so that we can continue to move with comfort & ease in our everyday lives, and we practice some breathing exercises to calm our minds & nervous system benefiting our mental health not just physical
1st class with me is always a FREE TRIAL so if you, a parent, grandparent, anyone you know could benefit from gentle movements, send me a message with any enquiries. We’d love you to come along & join us and enjoy the craic as well as the health benefits
