“WHAT IS CHAIR YOGA”…
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga where poses are practiced sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. It’s designed to make yoga more accessible to every body: seniors, people with mobility limitations, those recovering from injuries or illness etc.
We work on mobility through our major joints so that we can continue to move with comfort & ease in our everyday lives, and we practice some breathing exercises to calm our minds & nervous system benefiting our mental health not just physical
